📌 Lưu ý:
• Mỗi người chỉ được đăng ký 01 lần.
• Cần có hộ chiếu và CCCD còn hiệu lực.
• Sau khi được chọn ngẫu nhiên (Ballot), ứng viên sẽ có thời gian hoàn thiện hồ sơ Visa 462 theo quy định của Bộ Nội vụ Úc.

Kiểm tra, xét duyệt hồ sơ thanh toán từ nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp theo đúng điều khoản hợp đồng

Lập hồ sơ thanh toán tạm ứng, thanh toán định kỳ và quyết toán công trình theo tiến độ

Theo dõi kế hoạch thanh toán, đảm bảo các khoản thu chi được thực hiện đúng cam kết

Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ hợp đồng và hồ sơ thanh toán một cách đầy đủ, hệ thống

Chuẩn bị dự toán chi phí, hồ sơ mời thầu, báo cáo đánh giá thầu và thông báo trúng thầu

Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến quản lý hợp đồng: đàm phán giá, soạn thảo, rà soát hợp đồng và theo dõi các phát sinh khối lượng trong quá trình thực hiện dự án

🎯 YÊU CẦU

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế Xây dựng, Kỹ thuật Công trình, QS hoặc các ngành liên quan

Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Contract & Payment tại các dự án xây dựng hoặc bất động sản

Có kinh nghiệm quản lý hợp đồng, thanh toán nhà thầu, hồ sơ thầu và kiểm soát chi phí dự án

Cẩn thận, tư duy phân tích tốt, khả năng làm việc với số liệu và hồ sơ chi tiết

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, đọc hiểu hợp đồng tiếng Anh là lợi thế

Thành thạo Microsoft Office và các phần mềm QS/Cost Control liên quan

About the job

Job purpose:

Project Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of construction and renovation for the Guardian office and stores, and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget to the best result of company business strategies.

Responsibility:

Oversee and directing construction projects from conception to completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building/ GUVN Standard and safety regulations
Responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Conduct site investigates for new store and renovation store
Standardize all the details of store design including construction/ MEPF/ display fixtures
Propose solutions and methods of design and construction for investment efficiency
Conduct weekly coordination meeting with stakeholders/ vendors

Requirement:

Bacherlor degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field
Over 8 years of working experience in the same field
Have experience in process design, construction and MEPF.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings.
Good English communication both verbal and written
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Understanding of all facets of the construction process
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Ability to analyze failures and implement effective corrective solutions
Ability to self-study and update new construction methods and techniques
Be willing to travel if requested
