Position: ME QS Engineer (HANOI) Role Overview: - Execute quantity take-offs from design drawings to serve the purpose of budgeting and bidding.- Prepare and develop detailed estimates for construction projects, including cost analysis and price proposals.- Inspect and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they do not exceed the established budget.- Prepare and present periodic financial reports, analyzing project costs and financial performance.
